It has now been just about two months since our return from Africa and this site is not as far along as I had expected it to be thanks to life interfering, yet a lot of progress has been made:

The site is here, for one thing!

Sandra has her stuff posted, by and large although it is always possible that she may post more, whether it be things she remembers later, added details or ideas for the next trip.

I have a lot of my pictures posted (working on the 19th now) and most of the work on the rest is done. I just need to go through and pick which ones actually go online and then put them up.

I have not begun to mess with the videos still- first things first.

The framework for the site is, on the whole, working as intended though:

picture galleries, video, articles and this "News" section, as well as a place for people to post comments.

A few notes for those who do actually read this:

Comments are being moderated because I have not been able to get the automated anti-spam measures working quite right. I will check periodically to make sure posted comments are approved/made visible.

All pictures, video and text content on this site is either the property of the author or the site. Feel free to it for personal use, but any commercial use does require permission!

Non-watermarked copies of all pictures at full size (large!) are available upon request, of course.
